Place your order, choose your delivery date and sit back and relax. We'll deliver for you, on time and as promised. We use a tracked, signed-for service to deliver throughout the UK. Full order tracking means you'll be updated when items are dispatched and can see when a gift has arrived safely.
Returns, Cancellations & Damages
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide and we offer a full "no questions" refund if you are not satisfied 100% within the 30 days as per the consumers right Act 2015.. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
Please note that the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
RETURNS
(if an order has already been delivered) To return an item: Please contact us by email through our contact page and let us know you would like to cancel and return your order. Please be aware that you have 30 days to return the item to us as per the Consumers Right Act 2015. If you have gone over the 30 days we will only be able to give you a voucher to spend with us. Please return the goods to the address provided on our return email to you and follow our instructions, please can you also include a printout of your invoice or your order number. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
